Steve Morgan Obituary

Steve Anthony Morgan, 71, a longtime resident of Uvalde, Texas, passed away January 16, 2024, at his

home in Uvalde. He was born February 16, 1952, in Hico, Texas, to Annie Mae McCann and A.M. Morgan.

When Steve was three, Donald Tudor and Annie Mae were married and although Steve was not his birth

child, Donald Wayne considered and called Steve his child.

Steve graduated from Uvalde High School in 1972, and worked various jobs from automobile body work,

a mechanic at White's Mines, mowed lawns, and in his later years, devoted his time to caring for his

parents. He enjoyed watching shows like Andy Griffith, Gunsmoke and game shows on T.V. Most mornings were spent waiting for the mailman so he could hand him a Dr. Pepper. His character speaks of faithfulness, loyalty, devotion, and love for his parents.
