Norma Lee King (Henson)
Norma was born on May 2, 1940, in Lingleville, Texas, to the late Carl Henson and Mary Whitworth Henson. After graduating as the valedictorian from Lingleville ISD, Norma moved to Odessa in 1965 to become a homemaker and mother. In her limited free time, Norma attended the Church of Christ, was a Cub Scout den leader, followed all of her son’s sporting events, and loved to tend to her flowers in the gardens.
Norma is survived by her sons Ronnie and Teresa King of Dublin, and Kenneth and Shelley King of Amarillo; grandchildren, Dustin King of Big Spring, Brady King of Odessa, and Michael and Brittany Soules of Midland; brother, Wayne Henson of Stephenville.
She was preceded in death by her son, Darrell King; brother, Donnie Henson; and brother, Layne Henson.
