Mildred Louise Robinson was born January 8, 1924 in Mason TX to the late C.A. (Bud) and Fannie Waddell Martin.  She married George H. Robinson on February 18, 1942 in Fort Worth, and he preceded her in death on May 26, 2011.  Mildred has resided in Stephenville since 1969.

She had many names, Mrs. Robinson/Mother/Mom/Nana/Grandmother/Great Grandmother/Sister/Aunt Sister/Aunt Mildred/Sister Robinson.

Mother’s great delight and love in life was her love and service to the Lord. Her husband and family also benefited from that precious love. She and Daddy were such good servants for the Lord. She was our prayer warrior when we needed prayer. No matter what the situation, we knew she could touch God.

When Daddy passed away she was at loose-ends. She felt like she was not able to serve the Lord in any capacity. The Lord opened a way for her to continue serving Him! A cottage ministry. She crocheted crosses and inserted a beautiful poem telling about being a Christian. This message was very dear to her heart. We lost count of the many crosses she made. But we have given these to many and she was able to continue to spread God’s good news.

She is survived by 5 children, sons Jimmy & wife Betty Robinson of Riverton, WY and Darrell Robinson of Munger, TX ; daughters Becky & husband Don Glaser of Rogers, Tx;  Ruth and husband Ed Jacob of Hubbard, TX and Naomi Gill of Stephenville, Tx, 13 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren, brother Rev. Harley Martin and sister Rita Faye Flowers.
