Frank Duane Rasberry

Frank Duane Rasberry, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

Frank Duane Rasberry, born November 8, 1941, in the Sapoak, Texas to Paul and Artie Rasberry, both now deceased.  Frank graduated Stephenville High School in 1959.  He married the love of his life, Judith Ann Walker, on May 26, 1962 in Morgan Mill, Texas.  The couple welcomed their first and only child on January 19, 1964, Frank Duane Rasberry, Jr., affectionately known to all as ‘Chip’.  Chip went home to be with the Lord in 1997.

Frank worked for Walker Tractor Company in Stephenville, Texas from 1960 to 1966.  He worked for Santa Fe Railroad from 1966 through 1987.  He then went to work for Technol, Inc., from 1987 to 2001.  In 1988, Frank and Judy purchased the family homestead where Frank had been raised, and now own a home there as well as in Bedford, Texas.

Frank is survived by his adoring wife of 61 years, Judy, as well as his sister, Virginia Fincannon and her husband Floyd, and Frank’s younger brother, Wes Rasberry.  Frank and Judy were long time members of The Hills Church of Christ in North Richland Hills, Texas.

Funeral services for Frank are at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Stephenville Funeral Home, in Stephenville.  William Bramlett, a childhood friend of both Frank and Judy will conduct the service.  Burial will follow at Morgan Mill Cemetery in Morgan Mill.  Visitation with the Rasberry family will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home.
