Edward A. ‘Eddy’ Harrel, 74 of Cleburne, died Sunday, September 17, 2023.
Funeral services for Eddy will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 23rd at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Seay and Jerry Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Morgan Mill Cemetery. Visitation with the Harrel family will begin at 10:00 AM Saturday morning until Noon.
Eddy was born on November 28, 1948 in Denver City, TX to the late Ruben and Edith Mae Miller Harrel. Eddy spent most of his life as an electrical engineer with Oncor Electric, as well as running a horse show secretary business with his family for over 20 years, and was a member of the Crossroads Church in Cleburne. Eddy lived 18 years in Fort Worth, and the past 25 years in Cleburne.
Eddy is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Bryan Castille of Cleburne.
Besides his parents, Eddy was also preceded in death by his two wives, Glenda Ruth Densmore in 2015, and Allie Mae Armstrong in 2019, and by a sister.
