Celebration of Life for Patricia Gail Peacock

January 12, 1953 – November 26, 2025

Gail Peacock, of Stephenville, went to be with her heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Stephenville Funeral Home with Gary Williams officiating. Visitation with the Peacock Family will be on Wednesday evening, December 10, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Stephenville Funeral Home.

Gail was born on January 12, 1953 in Ft. Worth to the late Bill Boyd (Jack) Peacock and Bertha Harris Peacock. She graduated from Alvarado High School in 1970 receiving the Betty Crocker Homemaker Award. Gail attended Tarleton and me and married Ron Peacock on May 1971. She graduated from East Texas State with a Home Economics degree and Teaching Certificate. She worked in several restaurants with her husband. She raised children and grandchildren. She loved babies and worked in the church nursery at First Christian Church several years. She helped take care of her mother-in-law and father-in-law in their final years.

Gail is survived by her husband, Ron; sons, Gabriel Peacock of Alvarado and Rhett Peacock of Austin; grandchildren, Quentin Peacock of Stephenville, Collin Peacock of Stephenville, Byron Peacock of Cleveland, TX, and Morgana Green Peacock of Ohio. She had no brothers or sisters, but enjoyed the company of brother-in-law late Don Peacock, sister-in-law Mary Peacock, brother-in-law Steve Peacock and sister-in-law Linda Peacock; nephews, Darren Peacock and Amy McKain Peacock and Bryan Peacock; and nieces, Diana Peacock Heaton and Duane Heaton and Stephanie Peacock Beach and Michael Beach.

Shortly before she passed, she said she had a full and rewarding life.
