May Y Kunishige

May Yoshioka Kunishige left this life for her heavenly home on Wednesday, April 8, 2009. Memorial Services for both May and Hiro will be Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church with Reverend Dean Reed, Officiating May was born on May 29, 1927 in Loomis, California to Katahide and Martha Eiki Yoshioka. She met and married Hiro Kunishige on June 19, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois. Hiro passed away on April 28, 2009 in Stephenville. They moved to Stephenville and resided in the community for the past 54 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Stephenville. May is survived by husband, Hiro Kunishige; daughters, Elyse Gilbert and husband Arthur, and Julia Ledbetter; son, Scott Kunishige; sisters, Julia, Josephine, and Ester; Several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Stephenville.
