Jodi Barkholtz

Arlene ‘Jodi’ Barkholtz, 80, of Stephenville, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026 in Stephenville. 

Funeral service for Jodi will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ed Dittfurth officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 PM until 8 PM at the funeral home. 

Arlene ‘Jodi’ Barkholtz was born on June 16, 1946 in Oakland, California to the late Leland Thomas White and Clemont Cox White. She moved to Strawn at a very early age and resided there for many years. After graduating high school, Jodi moved to Stephenville and worked for the Stephenville School District for many years as a custodian.

Survivors include her son, John Kelley of Benbrook, and daughter, Sheila Kelley of Stephenville; niece, Joy Knight of Gordon; cousins, Kay Luckstead (Erik) of Benbrook and children, Grant and Logan Luckstead; and Kynn Knight (Sarah) and children, Charlie and Charlotte Knight. She was preceded by her husband, Charles Barkholtz in 2011.
