Estela Martinez

Proctor Estela Martinez, 60, of Proctor, died Monday, April 12, 2010 in Fort Worth. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 16, 2010 at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville with Macario Herrera Sr. officiating. Visitation (Wake) will be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Estela was born on August 14, 1949 in Cd. Acuña, Coah. Mexico to the late Juan and Trinidad Flores Reyes. She married Jesus Martinez on August 24, 1986 in Cleburne. Estela has resided in Proctor for the last 16 years, and was a member of House of Prayers Church in Comanche. She was a housewife. Survivors include her husband Jesus Martinez of Proctor; Children, Carlos Martinez; Julia Lira and husband Gabriel; Ida Herrera and husband Macario; Jessica Alvarado and husband Jairo; siblings, Benjamin Reyes; Herminia Ojeda; Teresa Esquivel; Jose Reyes; Elodia Moreno; Ernestina Narvaez; Cecilia Reyes; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Ruben Reyes, Prudencio Reyes and Juan Manuel Reyes; two sisters,Maria Ester Esquivel and Elia Maldonado
