Derone's CrossFit for Quilters group had our memorial "Derone" work out today. We will miss her, our conversations, laughter, her amazing flexibility and her wild workout pants. 6 rounds for the 6 letters in her name, number of reps for the position of the letter in the alphabet., created by our coach, Justin Adams.
